Is this material ethical?

No. You learn to distinguish influence from manipulation or coercion. You also recognize pressure tactics used on you and make requests without pressure.

Are written conversations included?

Yes. Digital Diplomacy covers text messages and work email. It also examines group chats and camera calls, where tone and status signals shift.

What if someone resists after an ask?

Yes. Handling Resistance shows you how to take a no, protect the relationship, and decide whether to reframe the request or close the conversation.

Do I need formal authority?

No. The material covers power maps, stakeholder interests, and trust when you cannot rely on a title to carry your request.

How are the courses structured?

Each lesson takes five minutes and has a quiz after it. After the final exam, you earn a named certificate verified by Astra inside Astra Trainer. Lessons come in eight languages, English included.
