Can I lawfully use an offshore entity?
An offshore entity can be lawful, subject to its purpose, reporting, jurisdiction, and compliance duties. You will examine offshore myths, economic substance rules, CRS, FATCA, and AEOI without receiving instructions for a personal structure.
Will this choose an entity for me?
No. You will compare how the legal shells differ rather than receive a personal entity recommendation. The material gives you vocabulary and diagrams for a focused conversation with legal and tax counsel.
Do I need a lawyer to follow the material?
You do not need a lawyer to follow the explanations. The courses introduce each term from the ground up, while qualified counsel remains the right place for decisions, documents, registrations, and advice about your situation.
Which languages are the lessons in?
Lessons are available in eight languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Russian. You can study through five-minute lessons, answer quizzes after them, and use Astra Trainer on your phone or the web.
