Astra Market Provider Terms
Last Updated: 27/08/2026
These Provider Terms govern your participation in Astra Market as a provider — a member who offers readings or similar services to other members in exchange for Coins. They are in addition to the Terms & Conditions, which continue to apply to everything you do on Astra. Where the two conflict on a question about selling, these Provider Terms govern.
You accept these Provider Terms when you apply to become a provider, and again each time you publish or update a listing.
1. Who can be a provider
Provider access is granted by application and at our discretion. We review what you write in your application, the sample answer you submit, and your history on the platform. We may decline an application without giving reasons, and we may withdraw access later on the same basis.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to sell on Astra Market, even though Astra itself is open from sixteen. Selling a service is a commercial activity and we do not accept minors into it.
Provider tiers and marks — including any verification badge — reflect our own editorial and review process. They are not a professional credential, a licence, a certification, or a statement that we have checked your qualifications. You may not describe them as any of those things.
2. You are independent
You act on your own account. Nothing in these Provider Terms creates an employment relationship, a partnership, a joint venture, an agency, or a franchise between you and Caxapok, LLC.
The contract for each order is between you and the buyer. We operate the marketplace, the order flow and the Coin rail that runs through it. We are not a party to your agreement with a buyer, not their agent, and not yours.
Taxes are yours. You are solely responsible for determining, declaring and paying any tax, contribution or fee that arises from your activity on Astra Market, in every jurisdiction where it arises. We do not withhold, remit or report on your behalf, and nothing we pay you should be treated as a net-of-tax amount.
You are responsible for any licence, registration or permission your own law requires for the service you offer.
3. What you may and may not sell
Listings must describe a service you can actually perform, at a price and within a delivery window you can actually meet. Everything in Section 5 of the Terms (User Conduct) applies to a listing, an order and every message you send about one.
You must not:
- promise an outcome — that something will happen, that a decision will turn out a certain way, that a person will act in a certain way, or that a result is guaranteed;
- give professional advice — medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, investment or tax — or present your service as a substitute for it;
- offer anything relating to a diagnosis, a treatment, a prescription, a pregnancy, a death, a legal proceeding, or a financial decision of consequence;
- sell to, or knowingly perform a reading about, a person under sixteen;
- take payment, or ask to be paid, outside Astra Market, or move a buyer to another platform;
- reuse a buyer’s intake information for anything other than the order it was given for;
- resell, sublicense or pass an order to somebody else without telling the buyer and us;
- operate more than one provider account, or transfer your account to another person.
Every deliverable must carry the disclaimer the platform applies: the service is for reflection and entertainment, it is not professional advice, and the buyer decides what to do with it.
4. Orders, delivery and revisions
When a buyer places an order, it arrives on your workbench with the price it was bought at, the intake the buyer supplied, and a delivery window. Delivering inside that window is the promise the buyer paid for.
- One revision per order. A buyer may ask once for a change, with a note. You perform it within the same window rules. A second revision is not owed and is not paid for.
- Cancellation. You may decline or cancel an order before you deliver it. The buyer is refunded in full, in Coins.
- Missed windows. An order not delivered before its window expires is cancelled by the system and refunded to the buyer in full. You are not paid for it, and repeated misses affect your standing.
- Gifts. An order bought as a gift waits for the recipient to accept it for 48 hours. If they do not, it is refunded to the buyer and never reaches your workbench.
- Ratings. A buyer may rate a completed order and leave a comment. Ratings are published on your profile. We do not remove a rating because you disagree with it; we do remove one that breaks the Terms.
Refunds under this section are made in Coins and are the buyer’s remedy for a service not delivered. They do not affect any statutory right a buyer may have.
5. AI assistance and the human signature
Some lanes on Astra Market give you a draft generated by an AI model from the buyer’s intake. A draft is a starting point and never a deliverable.
What you send to a buyer must be work you have read, judged and put your name to. The platform records the draft and the final text side by side and keeps them apart permanently, so what a model wrote and what a person signed can always be told apart — including a year later, and including by us.
You may not present an unedited model output as your own work, and you may not use an outside model to produce a deliverable you have not reviewed. Sending a draft through unchanged, repeatedly, is grounds for removal.
6. Earnings
You are paid in Stardust, credited to your provider wallet when an order is signed and delivered. The amount is fixed at that moment and is recorded in a ledger you can read.
Stardust is a Virtual Item under Section 3.2 of the Terms. It has no monetary value. It converts to Coins inside Astra and it cannot be paid out, cashed out, transferred to another account, or exchanged for money or anything of value outside Astra. Nothing in these Provider Terms is a promise of income.
We may change conversion rates, the fee we take, and the way earnings are calculated. Where a change reduces what you earn, we will give reasonable advance notice in the app before it takes effect.
Where an order has to be refunded after you were already paid for it and the Stardust has been spent, we may recover the amount from future earnings, or settle it manually.
7. Buyer data
A buyer’s intake may include a birth date, a birth time, a birth place, and a personal question. That information is given to you for the order and for nothing else.
You must:
- use it only to perform the order it came with;
- not publish it, share it, or show it to anyone else;
- not keep it after the order is complete, other than as the platform itself retains it;
- not use it to identify, contact or research the buyer outside Astra;
- not add the buyer to any mailing list, group or channel of your own.
For this data you act on our instructions and only within them. A breach of this section is a breach of the buyer’s privacy as well as of this agreement, and is grounds for immediate removal.
8. Suspension and removal
We may suspend your listings, pause your workbench, or remove your provider access — with or without prior notice, depending on severity — where:
- you breach these Provider Terms or the Terms;
- you repeatedly miss delivery windows or cancel orders;
- buyers report your work as misleading, unsafe, or not what was described;
- you promise outcomes or give professional advice;
- you move payment or contact off the platform;
- your conduct puts buyers, other members or the platform at risk.
What happens to work in flight. Open orders on a removed account are cancelled and refunded to their buyers in full. Stardust earned but not yet converted is forfeited where the removal was for a breach of this agreement. Your ratings and completed order history remain visible where the Terms allow.
If you believe a decision was wrong, write to support@astratrainer.com. We will review it and reply. Members in the European Union have the additional rights set out in our Transparency and Complaints notice.
9. Your content and your name
Listings, sample answers, profile text and delivered work are User-Generated Content and are covered by Section 6 of the Terms, including the licence you grant us there — which lets us show your public listing and public profile, and use publicly posted material to promote Astra.
Work delivered privately to a buyer is not public content and is not used to promote anything.
10. Liability between us
You are responsible for what you sell and for the consequences of selling it. You will cover us for any claim, loss or cost that arises from your service, from something you wrote, or from your breach of these Provider Terms.
Our own liability to you is limited as set out in Section 14 of the Terms. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Provider Terms. Material changes will be shown to you before you next publish a listing or accept an order. Continuing to sell after that is acceptance.
