Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 31/08/2026
Welcome to Astra, an educational and community platform operated by Caxapok, LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Astra platform, including any content, functionality, community features, and services offered on or through the platform, on the web and in our mobile apps. By accessing or using Astra, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our platform.
Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior
Astra has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and for abusive behavior toward other users. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, bullying, abusive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, obscene, fraudulent, or that promotes violence, discrimination, or harm against any individual or group.
By creating an account and using Astra, you expressly agree not to post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior, and you acknowledge that there is no tolerance for such content or behavior on the platform.
When objectionable content or abusive behavior is reported, we will review the report and take appropriate action — including removing the content and ejecting (suspending or permanently banning) the user responsible — within 24 hours. Every user can flag objectionable content and block abusive users directly within the app. Reported content is removed from the reporting user’s feed immediately upon blocking.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Astra, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Caxapok, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion, with any changes being effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
Astra is intended for users who are at least sixteen (16) years of age. By accessing or using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under the age of 16 are strictly prohibited from using Astra.
3. The Service
Astra provides users with educational materials and related content, as well as community features that enable users to interact with one another. The available content and services are dependent on the selected plan and are subject to change without notice.
Astra is a website and mobile app that requires an internet connection to access content. Astra may periodically update the platform to improve performance and add new features. Features described below may be rolled out gradually, limited by region or account level, or withdrawn.
3.1 Community Features
Astra offers community features that may include, but are not limited to:
- Event Readings: Users may submit their own readings and predictions related to events published on the platform, including text and images.
- Reading Tickets: Users may request personalized readings and receive responses.
- Feed posts, comments and likes: Users may publish text and images to the community feed, comment on other users’ posts and lessons, and like what they see. Posts may be promoted within the feed for a fee.
- Stories: Short-lived posts that expire automatically. Who can see a story depends on the audience you choose for it; we count and show the author how many people viewed it.
- Direct messages: Users may exchange private messages, images and stickers with other users. Direct messages are private between the participants but are not end-to-end encrypted, and may be reviewed when reported.
- Profiles, following and blocking: Users may follow one another, make a profile private, opt out of discovery, and block any other user.
- Circles: Group spaces with their own chat, invite codes, membership roles, weekly scoring and time-limited challenges. A circle’s leader may admit, remove and rank members.
- Shared progress features: Streaks, achievements, quests, missions, gardens and other cooperative mechanics in which your activity is visible to people you are connected with.
- Voting: Users may upvote or downvote readings submitted by other users.
- Reporting: Users may report content or behavior they believe violates these Terms.
Community features are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Content submitted by users through community features represents the opinions and interpretations of its authors, not of Caxapok, LLC.
The Service, including all community features, does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Any insights, interpretations, or outputs generated by the Service or its users are not guarantees of accuracy, outcomes, or results. You acknowledge that you use the Service and engage with community content at your own discretion and risk.
3.2 Coins and Other Virtual Items
Astra includes a virtual currency (“Coins”), virtual goods such as collectible cards, stickers, avatar frames, banners and titles, and consumable items such as streak shields and experience boosts (together, “Virtual Items”). Coins may be earned through activity on the platform, or bought inside the Astra mobile apps through the app store you installed the app from — Coins are not sold on our websites; other Virtual Items are earned, crafted, traded or bought with Coins.
The following applies to all Virtual Items:
- They have no monetary value and are not your property. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them within Astra, and nothing more.
- They cannot be exchanged for money, goods or anything of value outside Astra, and may not be sold, gifted or transferred except through features we provide for that purpose.
- They are not refundable once delivered to your account, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the rules of the store you bought them through.
- They exist only inside Astra and can be used only while your account is open: closing an account, by you or by us, ends access to them.
- We may change how Virtual Items are earned, priced, granted or used, and may retire an item or an entire mechanic. Where a change removes something you paid for, we will give reasonable advance notice in the app.
Buying, selling or trading Coins, accounts or Virtual Items outside Astra is prohibited and may result in the loss of the items involved and the closure of the accounts involved.
3.3 Chests and Collectible Cards
Chests are rewards that contain a randomly selected item. Chests are earned, never sold: they are granted for finishing a lesson, completing a quest or mission, reaching a streak milestone, taking part in a live event, or placing in a circle’s weekly result. Astra does not sell chests, and does not sell any randomized item — the card shop shows the exact contents of every bundle before you buy it.
We publish the drop rates anyway. The tables below are the rates the game actually uses. Every chest also grants experience points on top of the roll below, so no chest is ever empty.
Lesson chest
Granted for finishing a lesson. The chest you will see most often, and the one weighted towards small utility rewards.
| Outcome | Chance |
|---|---|
| Experience boost (×2 for 24 hours) | 38% |
| Collectible card | 18% |
| Sticker | 18% |
| Coins | 15% |
| Avatar frame | 4% |
| Golden chest | 3% |
| Profile banner | 3% |
| Title | 1% |
Quest, mission, streak and circle chest
Granted for completing a quest or mission, hitting a streak milestone, taking part in a live event, or placing in a circle’s weekly result.
| Outcome | Chance |
|---|---|
| Collectible card | 30% |
| Sticker | 29% |
| Experience boost (×2 for 24 hours) | 12% |
| Streak shield | 8% |
| Golden chest | 8% |
| Coins | 7% |
| Avatar frame | 3% |
| Profile banner | 2% |
| Title | 1% |
Card rarity
Applies only when a chest resolves to a collectible card, in either pool.
| Outcome | Chance |
|---|---|
| Classic | 55% |
| Rare | 30% |
| Epic | 11% |
| Legendary | 4% |
Rarity is also floored, so a long run of common cards cannot continue indefinitely: a Rare or better card is guaranteed within 8 chests, an Epic or better within 20, and a Legendary within 40 — with the chance of a Legendary rising on every chest past the 30th since your last one. Featured cards (the card of the week) are three times more likely to be picked within their rarity, and some Epic and Legendary picks are replaced by a seasonal card of the same rarity where one is available.
Duplicate cards are not lost: they are the currency used to upgrade and forge cards. Drop rates and pity thresholds may be rebalanced; the tables above will be updated when they are.
3.4 Astra Market
Astra Market lets users offer personalized readings and similar services to other users in exchange for Coins. Where you use the Market:
- The contract for the service is between the buyer and the provider. Caxapok, LLC operates the marketplace and the payment rail for it, and is not the provider of the service, an agent of either party, or a party to their agreement.
- We do not verify qualifications. Provider tiers and marks reflect our own editorial and review process, not any professional credential, licence or certification. Nothing sold on the Market is professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
- Providers apply and can be removed. Access to the Market is granted at our discretion and may be suspended or withdrawn for breach of these Terms, for repeated failure to deliver, or for conduct that harms buyers or the platform.
- Provider earnings are a virtual balance. Stardust earned on the Market is a Virtual Item under §3.2: it converts to Coins inside Astra and cannot be paid out, cashed out or transferred. Providers are not employees, partners or agents of Caxapok, LLC, act on their own account, and are solely responsible for any tax arising from their activity.
- Delivery, revisions and refunds. Orders carry the delivery window, revision allowance and cancellation rules shown at the time of purchase. An order that is not delivered within its window, or that cannot be completed, is refunded in Coins to the buyer.
- Intake data. A buyer may be asked for information such as a birth date, birth time or birth place so the service can be performed. That information is shared with the provider for that purpose only; providers must not retain, publish or reuse it, and must not contact buyers outside Astra.
- Ratings. Buyers may rate completed orders. Ratings and their comments are published on the provider’s profile.
Providers are also bound by the Provider Terms, which set out the rules of the workbench in full.
4. Payment, Subscriptions and Refunds
Access to Astra is sold as a subscription billed monthly or yearly, and as a one-time “Lifetime” purchase. Prices are shown before purchase in your local currency where we support one, and include or exclude tax as indicated at checkout. Access to platform content is subject to the specific plan purchased.
If you have purchased a “Lifetime” plan or any other plan without an ending date, your access is intended to continue to be available as long as the service is operating and running. It is not a promise that the Service will operate for any particular period.
4.1 Where you bought it decides how you manage it
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Each renewal is charged at the start of the next billing period using the payment method on file, at the price then in effect for your plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
- Bought on our website — payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Visa and MasterCard. Manage or cancel your subscription through the account or billing link we provide, or by writing to us.
- Bought inside the iOS app — the purchase is made through Apple and is subject to Apple’s terms. Cancel it in your Apple account settings; we cannot cancel or refund an Apple purchase on your behalf, and refunds are requested from Apple.
- Bought inside the Android app — the purchase is made through Google Play and is subject to Google’s terms. Cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions; we cannot cancel or refund a Google Play purchase on your behalf, and refunds are requested from Google.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If we change the price of a plan you are subscribed to, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you may cancel before it does.
4.2 Refunds
For purchases made directly through our website, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. After 3 days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have statutory consumer rights, including a right of withdrawal within 14 days, where applicable under local law. This refund policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Virtual Items, including Coins and anything bought with them, are not refundable once delivered — see §3.2.
Please, for the refund, contact us at: support@astratrainer.com
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and by the app stores. We do not store full payment card details.
5. User Conduct
Users agree to use Astra in compliance with applicable law and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or compromise the safety and integrity of the community. Caxapok, LLC reserves the right to take enforcement action, including suspension or termination of access, for any behavior deemed inappropriate.
You agree not to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- misuse the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes;
- copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service;
- harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or engage in hate speech directed at any individual or group;
- post content that is sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or otherwise obscene;
- share personal contact information in community features, including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, messenger IDs, or physical addresses;
- post URLs, links, or references to external websites or services within community features;
- engage in spam, solicitation, advertising, or commercial promotion;
- impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- disclose another user’s personal information without their express consent (“doxxing”);
- post deliberately fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative content, including readings intended to mislead other users;
- circumvent, evade, or interfere with any moderation or enforcement measures;
- create multiple accounts or use alternative accounts to evade a ban or other enforcement action;
- abuse the reporting system by submitting false, malicious, or frivolous reports;
- use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with community features;
- exploit a bug, a pricing error or a reward mechanic to obtain Coins, Virtual Items or access you were not meant to receive;
- buy, sell, trade or advertise accounts, Coins or Virtual Items outside Astra, or solicit payment for community activity outside Astra Market.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, including community features, for violations of these Terms or for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, its users, or third parties.
6. User-Generated Content
“User-Generated Content” or “UGC” refers to any content that users submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available through the platform, including but not limited to readings, predictions, feed posts, stories, comments, direct messages, circle messages, profile information, images, and any other materials shared through community features.
You continue to own your content. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything you create. What you give us is a license to use it.
By submitting UGC to Astra, you grant Caxapok, LLC and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, cache, copy, reproduce, process, modify, adapt, translate, excerpt, reformat, create derivative works from, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your UGC, in whole or in part, in any media and by any means now known or later developed, for the purposes of operating, promoting, and developing the Service.
This license continues even if you stop using the Service, to the extent your UGC has been shared with other users or incorporated into the Service, but we will honor deletion requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Promotion of the Service, including outside it. The license above also lets us use UGC that you have posted publicly — a feed post, a public story, a comment, a published reading, a review, or your public profile — to promote and advertise Astra. That includes reproducing it in our marketing materials, on our websites, in app store listings, in paid advertising, and on our own accounts on third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Substack, where the platform’s own terms will also apply to the post. We may show your display name and profile picture alongside it, and may crop, resize, translate or re-format it so it fits the placement — never in a way that changes its meaning.
This promotional license is limited in three ways that matter:
- it covers only content you made public — direct messages, circle messages, private profiles, private reading tickets and anything you shared with a limited audience are never used this way;
- if you delete the content or your account, or ask us in writing to stop using a particular piece of it, we will stop using it in new material and remove it from material we control, though we cannot recall copies already published by third parties or reshared by other people;
- it grants no rights beyond promoting Astra — we do not sell your content, and we do not license it to other companies for their own advertising.
If you would rather your public content was never used to promote Astra, write to us at the address in Section 18 and we will exclude your account from promotional use.
By submitting UGC, you represent and warrant that:
- you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post the content;
- your UGC does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights;
- any photograph you upload of a person is either of yourself or is posted with that person’s permission;
- your UGC complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights you may have in UGC you submit to the platform.
Caxapok, LLC reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, review, edit, hide, or remove any UGC at its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. We are not obligated to store, maintain, or provide you with copies of your UGC. You are solely responsible for creating backup copies of your UGC if you wish to retain it.
7. Content Moderation and Enforcement
Astra employs a combination of automated and manual content moderation systems to help maintain a safe and respectful community environment. User-Generated Content may be reviewed by automated systems, including artificial intelligence-based tools, before or after it is made available to other users.
Content that is determined to violate these Terms may be subject to one or more of the following enforcement actions, at our sole discretion:
- content removal or hiding;
- a warning issued to the user;
- temporary suspension of access to community features or the Service;
- permanent ban from the platform.
The decision to take enforcement action, and the severity of such action, is at the sole discretion of Caxapok, LLC. We are not required to provide advance notice of enforcement actions, although we may do so where appropriate. In cases of egregious or repeated violations, enforcement action may be taken immediately and without prior warning.
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting us at support@astratrainer.com. We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
While we strive to maintain a safe community, we do not guarantee that all content will be moderated in real time or that all violations will be detected and addressed.
If you are located in the European Union, additional rights apply to moderation decisions — see our Transparency and Complaints notice.
8. Reporting
Users may report content or behavior that they believe violates these Terms by using the in-app reporting feature. Report categories include spam, offensive content, fraud, sharing of personal information, and other violations.
All reports are reviewed by Caxapok, LLC and appropriate action is taken diligently, objectively and proportionately. We tell you the outcome of a report you filed, and how to challenge it if you disagree.
Abuse of the reporting system, including the submission of false, malicious, or frivolous reports, is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in enforcement action against the reporting user.
9. Interactions Between Users
Astra provides features that enable users to interact with one another, including viewing and responding to other users’ readings, posting comments, exchanging messages, joining circles, and submitting votes. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Caxapok, LLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, quality, or reliability of any User-Generated Content, including readings, predictions, and comments;
- readings and predictions published through community features are provided for entertainment purposes only, and do not constitute professional advice of any kind;
- Caxapok, LLC does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any User-Generated Content or the qualifications of any user;
- you engage with other users and their content at your own risk;
- Caxapok, LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from interactions between users or reliance on User-Generated Content.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your personal data, including data related to your use of community features, will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Limited License
The license granted to you is limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
All platform content on Astra, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, collectible card art, software, and design elements, is the property of Caxapok, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of platform content without our prior written consent.
User-Generated Content remains the property of the respective authors, subject to the license granted to Caxapok, LLC under Section 6 of these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use another user’s UGC outside of the platform without that user’s express permission.
12.1 Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on the platform, please contact us at support@astratrainer.com with a detailed description of the alleged infringement, including identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing content, and your contact information. We will review and respond to properly submitted notices in accordance with applicable law.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate.
Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or quality of any User-Generated Content posted by users. We do not guarantee that community features will be free from objectionable, offensive, or harmful content, despite our moderation efforts.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caxapok, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of Astra, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, Caxapok, LLC shall not be liable for:
- any User-Generated Content posted, transmitted, or made available by other users;
- any interactions, disputes, or conflicts between users;
- any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on other users’ readings, predictions, or comments;
- any services bought from or sold to another user through Astra Market;
- any loss of data, including User-Generated Content;
- any loss of Coins or other Virtual Items;
- any harm resulting from content that was not detected or removed by our moderation systems.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
15. Changes to Terms
Caxapok, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on Astra, and your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
17. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including community features, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.
Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:
- violations of Section 5 (User Conduct) or Section 6 (User-Generated Content);
- repeated or egregious violations of community guidelines;
- abuse of reporting or moderation systems;
- any activity that poses a risk to the safety or security of the platform or its users.
Upon termination or ban, your access to community features will be revoked. User-Generated Content associated with a banned account may be hidden, removed, or anonymized at our discretion. We reserve the right to retain data as necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of these Terms.
In cases of egregious violations, including but not limited to harassment, threats, or fraud, we reserve the right to ban users immediately and without prior notice.
